June 29th, 2013 - Asplin Motorsports traveled to Nebraska and Iowa over the weekend for a pair of $5,000-to-win events, which were sanctioned by the Lucas Oil MLRA, MARS, and the Corn Belt Clash Super Late Model 1tours.

On Friday evening a $5,000-to-win program was contested at I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Nebraska), which saw 49 entries fill the pits. After advancing from the tenth starting spot to a seventh place finish Justin was relegated to starting sixth in a b-main. Justin would advance to a fourth place finish, which left him just short of transferring to the feature. As a result he utilized a MARS provisional to start 29th on the grid for the finale. In the feature he advanced nine spots to a 20th place finish.

Saturday night found the action shifting to Adams County Speedway (Corning, Iowa), where another $5,000-to-win event was held for the three sanctions. Another strong field of 46 competitors entered the program, and Asplin finished second in his heat race to lock into the 11th starting spot for the feature. Justin raced just outside the top ten early in the event before he ultimately slipped to an 18th place finish.

1June 22nd, 2013 - Justin Asplin entered a pair of $3,000-to-win events over the weekend in the state of Kansas with the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA).

On Friday night action opened at Humboldt Speedway (Humboldt, Kansas) as 29 cars entered the race. Heat race action found Asplin falling short of qualifying for the feature, but a fifth place finish in the b-main transferred him to the 21st starting spot for the finale. In the feature he recorded a 17th place finish.

Saturday evening found the action shifting to Thunder Hill Speedway (Mayetta, Kansas), where 28 entries invaded the speed plant. For the second straight night Asplin would transfer to the feature from the b-main, which locked him into the 20th starting spot for the finale. In the main event he raced his way to another 17th place finish.

June 15th, 2013 - Rain intervened into the 2013 campaign for Justin Asplin once again on Saturday night as evening rain at Salina High Banks Speedway (Salina, Oklahoma) forced the co-sanctioned event between the MARS and NCRA Late Model Series to be postponed until September 21st.

1June 8th, 2013 - A beautiful early June weekend found the team traveling to Northeast Arkansas Speedway (Harrisburg, Arkansas) for the 3rd Annual Rockabilly, which was sanctioned by the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS).

On Friday night a strong field of thirty-nine competitors registered for battle at the 1/4 mile oval. A fourth to third run in his heat race resulted in Justin starting thirteenth on the grid for the 33 lap, $1,500-to-win main event. During the course of the feature he advanced three spots to a tenth place finish.

For Saturday's program the winner's share was increased to $3,000-to-win, and Asplin again finished third in his heat race, which presented him with the fourteenth starting spot for the 45 lap feature. He raced around mid-pack for the duration of the feature before crossing the finish line in the twelfth position.
