1April 18th, 2015 - Justin Asplin entered a tripleheader over the weekend that was co-sanctioned by the MARS DIRTcar Series and the Corn Belt Clash (CBC) Super Late Models.

Thirty-six entries converged on Davenport Speedway (Davenport, Iowa) on Friday night for a $4,000-to-win race. Justin finished fifth in his heat race, leaving him just short of a transfer position and forcing him to run a b-main. He went on to win his b-main, earning him the seventeenth starting spot for the feature. During the course of the main event Asplin charged through the field, advancing eleven positions en route to a solid sixth place finish.

The winner's check increased to $10,555 on Saturday evening as action shifted to 34 Raceway (Burlington, Iowa). With thirty-eight entries on hand, Asplin struggled in preliminary action and had to utilize a MARS DIRTcar Series provisional to lock into the 23rd starting spot on the feature grid. Justin battled his way to respectable twelfth place finish in the final rundown.

Sunday's event at Quad City Raceway (East Moline, Illinois) fell victim to Mother Nature.
