May 14th, 2017 - Justin Asplin headed north to the Land of Lincoln on Thursday night for the inaugural Farmer City 74 at Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois). With 48 Super Late Models registered in for the two-day MARS DIRTcar West Series sanctioned event, Asplin placed 8th in his heat race transferring him into the C-Main. Sending the Top 2 into the B-Main, Justin fell one spot short with a 3rd place outing.

Returning on Friday, Asplin logged a 8th place finish in his heat race giving him one final shot at the $20,000-to-win A-Main with a C-Main appearance. Transferring the Top 2 into the B-Main, Justin came up short with an 11th place finish.

Saturday night brought Justin to Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) for the annual FALS Frenzy. Holding his starting spot in his heat race, Asplin recorded a 6th place finish transferring him into the B-Main. Needing to place 3rd or better to make the $10,000-to-win feature, Justin posted 8th place spot bringing an early end to his night.

Wrapping up the four-day weekend on Sunday, Justin was one of 28 cars signed in at Spoon River Speedway (Banner, Illinois) for the $5,000 top prize. May 6th, 2017
- Following the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA), Justin Asplin was one of 34 Super Late Models signed in at Lee County Speedway (Donnellson, Iowa) on Thursday night for the $3,000-to-win A-Main. Dropping back to a 8th place finish in his 10-lap heat, Asplin earned the 23rd-starting position for the opening night feature. Moving up five positions, Justin Asplin reeled in an 18th place outing.

On Friday night at Davenport Speedway (Davenport, Iowa), Asplin logged a 5th place finish in his heat race transferring him into the B-Main. Closing out the MLRA weekend on Saturday, Asplin headed to Independence Motor speedway (Independence, Iowa). Following a 6th place finish in his heat race, Justin secured his spot into the show with a 3rd place finish in his 12-lap B-Main. Starting in 22nd, Justin advanced three positions to place 19th.

April 15th, 2017
- Behind the wheel of the B&A Lumber #77A Super Late Model, Justin Asplin made the trip to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) on Friday for the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) opening weekend. Drawing 41 cars for the two-day Spring Nationals, Asplin locked his spot into the feature with a 4th place finish in his heat race. Starting in 17th, Justin improved three spots scoring a 14th place outing.

April 1st, 2017
- Picking back up with the MARS DIRTcar West Series, Justin Asplin visited Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Missouri) on Saturday for the $3,000-to-win A-Main. With 26 cars on hand, Justin qualified eight fastest before locking into the 11th-starting position for the feature via his heat race. Losing one spot in the 35-lapper, Asplin recorded a 12th place finish.

Sunday's rescheduled MARS event at Midway Speedway (Lebanon, Missouri) was eventually postponed to April 21st.

March 18th, 2017
- Justin Asplin returned with the MARS DIRTcar West Series on Saturday night at Springfield Raceway (Springfield, Missouri) for the annual March Madness. Laying down the fastest time overall in a field of 23 cars, Justin landed a 2nd place finish behind Chris Simpson in his heat giving him the 5th-starting position for the $3,000-to-win feature. March 4th, 2017
- On Friday night Justin Asplin opened the 2017 season at Clarksville Speedway (Clarksville, Tennessee) for the MARS DIRTcar Series season-opener. With 40 Super Late Models signed in for the two-day Toilet Bowl Classic, Asplin secured his spot into the opening night feature with the 4th and final transfer position in his heat race. With $3,000 on the line, Justin reeled in a 13th place finish.

December 8th, 2016
- Competing in a total of 34 events during the 2016 season, Justin Asplin reeled in one MARS sanctioned win at Monett Speedway (Monett, Missouri). With the weather determining the outcome of eight of his scheduled dates, Asplin posted 13 Top 10 finishes and five Top 5 outings.

September 24th, 2016 - Following the MARS DIRTcar Series, Justin Asplin traveled to Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Missouri) on Friday for the two-day Blue Moon Madness. In a field of 32 Super Late Models, Asplin secured his spot into the opening night A-Main with a heat race win. Battling for a $2,000 payday, Justin fell back to a 23rd place outing in the 30-lapper.

On Saturday night falling one position short of a transfer spot in his heat, Justin transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the feature. Sending the Top 4, Asplin logged an 11th place finish forcing him to use a provisional into the $3,000-to-win main event. Starting near the tail, Justin registered a 23rd place finish.

September 17th, 2016
- Running in the MARS DIRTcar Series sanctioned event, Justin Asplin headed to Springfield Raceway (Springfield, Missouri) on Saturday night for the $2,500-to-win A-Main. Locking his spot into the main event, Asplin scored a runner-up finish behind Jesse Stovall. Bringing home a Top 5 finish, Justin posted a 3rd place finish behind Jesse Stovall and Brad Looney with Scott Crigler and Kyle Beard trailing them across the finish line.

September 4th, 2016 -
Piloting the B&A Lumber #77A Super Late Model, Justin Asplin visited Lakeside Speedway (Kansas City, Kansas) for the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) sanctioned program. Drawing 23 entries, Asplin landed a runner-up finish in his heat behind Brad Looney earning him the 6th-starting spot for the $3,000-to-win feature. Breaking into the Top 5, Justin posted a 5th place finish behind J.C. Wyman, Chase Junghans, Terry Phillips and Tony Jackson Jr.

On Saturday Asplin headed to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) for the Larry Phillips Memorial. Falling short of a transfer spot in his heat with a 9th place outing, Justin transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the feature. Needing a 3rd place finish or better, Asplin fell one position short with a 4th place outing.

Closing out the Labor Day weekend, Asplin stopped at Monett Speedway (Monett, Missouri) on Sunday night for the MARS DIRTcar Series sanctioned program. With 30 cars signed in for the 46th Annual Four State Dirt Track Championship A-Main, Asplin started the night off with a heat race win giving him the pole position for the main event. Regaining the lead late in the feature after losing the top spot early, Justin captured his first career MARS DIRTcar Series victory along with a $4,000 payday. August 27th, 2016
- Competing in the three-day MARS DIRTcar Series weekend, Justin Asplin traveled to Lincoln Speedway (Lincoln, Illinois) on Thursday night for the program co-sanctioned with the UMP DIRTcar Series. With 29 cars signed in for the rescheduled Summernationals Hell Tour event, Asplin placed 3rd in his heat securing his spot into the A-Main. Falling two spots short of a Top 10 finish, Justin registered a 12th place finish.

On Friday night Justin headed to Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Illinois) for the MARS vs UMP Late Models 40. Falling back to a 5th place finish in his heat, Asplin transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the $5,000-to-win A-Main. Failing to hit a transfer spot, Justin was granted a provisional into the feature. Starting at the tail of the field, Justin Asplin logged a 24th place outing.

Wrapping up the three-day weekend, Justin stopped at Federated Raceway at I-55 (Pevely, Missouri) on Saturday for another $5,000-to-win A-Main. Falling back to a 7th place finish in his heat, Asplin transferred into the consolation event. Transferring the Top 6, Justin posted an 8th place finish forcing him to rely on the use of a provisional to make the show. Earning the 23rd-starting position, Justin Asplin moved up seven spots in the 40-lap A-Main registering a 16th place finish.

- Attending a total of 33 events during the 2015 season, Justin Asplin recorded 11 Top 5 finishes. With the weather affecting 13 of his scheduled dates, Justin collected twenty Top 10 outings. He also finished the season second in MARS Points Championship behind Tony Jackson Jr.
